Dear Friends,
This is a gentle reminder of the upcoming Buddhist meditation program organised by the Sri Lankan Buddhist Association of Newcastle (SLBAN). The program will be conducted by Venerable Kukulpane Sudassee Thero and Venerable Ellawala Vijithānanda Thero from Tuesday, 13 January to Tuesday, 20 January 2026.
The program comprises two Dhamma series, each delivered over multiple sessions, along with special Dhamma Deshana sessions, including meditation practice and a dedicated Dhamma talk for young adults:
- Dhamma Program 1 – Venerable Kukulpane Sudassee Thero
- Dhamma Program 2 – Venerable Ellawala Vijithānanda Thero
Both Theros are highly respected Sri Lankan Buddhist monks, renowned for their deep commitment to the Dhamma, disciplined monastic practice, and compassionate guidance to lay communities. Their teachings and meditation instructions have inspired many to cultivate wisdom, moral discipline, and spiritual growth.
